Data deletion instructions for ptclients flow

If you have sent a message to Photo Taiken Japan, Pub Crawl Kyoto or Jens Madsen on Instagram or Facebook Messenger and want your data removed from our internal records:

1. Email info@phototaiken.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your Instagram username or the name on your Facebook account, so we can find your messages.
3. We delete your messages and identifiers from our internal database within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting data from our records does not delete messages from Instagram or Facebook themselves. To do that, delete the conversation in the Instagram or Messenger app.
