ptclients flow is a private, internal tool used only by Jens Madsen to keep track of conversations with his own photography and tour clients. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
When Jens connects his own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, the app reads, read only:
The app never sends, edits or deletes messages, never posts, and never reads anything from accounts that Jens does not manage.
Only to show Jens, in one place, which client wrote what and when, so he can reply to bookings and questions on time. The data is linked to his existing booking records.
Messages are stored in a private database (Turso, region Tokyo) used only by this tool. Access keys for Meta are stored encrypted. The tool itself runs on Cloudflare and is protected by a login that only Jens can pass.
The data is never sold, shared, or given to anyone else, and is not used for advertising or profiling.
Messages are kept as long as needed to serve the client relationship, and at most 5 years after the last contact, unless the person asks for deletion earlier.
